Once you’ve applied, you can expect to hear back from us within two weeks. If you look like you could bring something special to Signal AI, a member of our talent team will reach out to give you more information.

The first two weeks at Signal AI are a great time for you to learn more about the company, the different teams and their roles – and fully understand how you can develop here. You’ll also build great relationships with the rest of your onboarding community, getting to know your fellow new starters really well and meeting people around the company that you’ll be working closely with, whether they’re in your team or not.

Before Joining

One week before joining, we’ll begin the preparations for your arrival – we’ll need to know everything from your dietary requirements through to your swag sizing!

First Day

Your first day will be spent in person and you’ll be greeted by your manager, key office contacts and be introduced to your onboarding community who you will experience the onboarding journey with.

First Two Weeks

During this period, you’ll complete our Onboarding Journey which will introduce you to each of our departments, providing an understanding of the different teams and how they contribute to our success. The onboarding journey is a mix of centrally organising onboarding meetings, department specific sessions and self-led learning pathways.

And Beyond…

We’ll be keen to know you are fully set up for success so the People team will be sure to stay connected, check in and get some feedback to make sure we haven’t left any gaps!
