David founded Signal AI in 2013 from his parents' garage in North London, transforming a family business challenge into a global intelligence platform. A law graduate with vision beyond the courtroom, he saw an opportunity to automate the manual work that consumed his parents' executive search business—and built something far bigger.

Under his leadership, Signal AI now spans three continents, serves 800+ customers, and has raised over $100 million to advance how the world's most influential leaders make decisions. His track record of scaling deep technology for enterprise impact has earned recognition as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and DataIQ100 influencer.

Thor has spent two decades building products that millions use, most recently as VP of Product at Miro, where he helped guide the platform through extraordinary growth. Before that, he served as Chief Product Officer at Crowdcube, delivering a mobile strategy that doubled user engagement and captured a third of all investor activity.

At Google, he shaped product strategy across three continents. As an Executive-in-Residence at Balderton Capital, he advised founders on building world-class products in the AI era. He joins Signal to translate that depth of product expertise into decision intelligence that actually works.

Stephen brings two decades of operational and financial leadership at high-growth scale-ups and enterprises across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He's built global sales operations and driven M&A at companies including Planday (acquired by Xero) and Micromuse (acquired by IBM), and held CFO roles that strengthened financial foundations during critical scaling phases.

A TRIUM Global Executive MBA graduate, Stephen knows what it takes to operationalize ambition—and he's joined Signal to do exactly that as we accelerate our next chapter.

Karlie leads customer success and strategy for Signal AI with over a decade of experience building high-performing client teams in communications and data intelligence.

Previously, she headed global client services at Integral Ad Science, where she shaped how enterprise teams extract value from complex data platforms. Her background spans communications, customer strategy, and growth—the exact combination needed to ensure every Signal AI customer moves from raw intelligence to confident action.
