No business is impervious to a data breach and no organisation is invincible against the reputational damage they can bring. Think the 2015 Ashley Madison scandal and the Sony Playstation 2011 saga - awarded the title, the worst data breach in gaming history. It is imperative to ensure your company is prepared to deal with cyber attacks as and when they happen, overcome them, and even bounce back better than ever. A data breach may be unpredictable, but how you react, communicate, and recover, shouldn’t be. In this webinar Andy Black, Senior Product Manager, Louis Cointepas, Head of New Markets, and Mabel O'Reilly, Product Analyst, discuss crisis comms for data breaches. With real life case studies from the big, bad world of cyber attacks, the team will provide actionable insights into:
- Crisis communications planning and strategy
- Knowing how to take responsibility and when
- How to monitor coverage and control communication
- Protecting reputation and re-building public perception of your company.
